Return & Refund
At Buyorm.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, our Return and Refund Policy explains how you can return products and request a refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items or clearance products.
- Personalized, custom-made, or altered items.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team at support@buyorm.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the return label.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:
- Notify you via email about the status of your refund.
- Process the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days if the return is approved.
Important Notes:
- Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
- Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us at support@buyorm.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
- To cancel an order, contact us at support@buyorm.com with your order number.
- If the order has already shipped, you must follow the return process after delivery.
